&lt;p&gt;110-squats&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;15- arm to feet ball lifts&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;46- push ups&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;120- crunches &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the only cardio today is walking my dog, cause I&amp;#8217;ll be running around at work all night and in the morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Last two days I&amp;#8217;ve been eating pretty poorly for dinner&amp;#8230; I need to get back on the ball and fix that problem.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Also I&amp;#8217;m kinda losing my motivation but I&amp;#8217;m also holding on to it as well. I wanna hold on as long as possible to really give myself some time to see some results. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am running almost everyday with the Zombie 5k app, and I will be doing the 30 day squat challenge. Along with those two things I will be going back and forth between yoga, abs, arms, and leg workouts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is going to be a very long and hard month but I am looking forward to it :)  I am currently 200 lbs. My goal weight it 140.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My first goal weight though will be 190.&lt;/p&gt;
