4/25/23

110-squats

15- arm to feet ball lifts

46- push ups

120- crunches 

the only cardio today is walking my dog, cause I’ll be running around at work all night and in the morning.

Last two days I’ve been eating pretty poorly for dinner… I need to get back on the ball and fix that problem.

Also I’m kinda losing my motivation but I’m also holding on to it as well. I wanna hold on as long as possible to really give myself some time to see some results. 

Time will only tell

Today’s workout included

20 minute dog walk
10 minute speed walking on treadmill
10 minutes on the elliptical
100 squats
100 crunches
40 push-ups

Day 7

4/23/13

Today is a rest day. I need it, yesterdays workout kicked my ass and my body needs a rest. 

Work today was also very draining.

So back at it tomorrow!

95 squats
36 push ups
75 crunches

60 minutes of p90x yoga

Woohoo :) I’m feeling fantastic

30 jumping jacks
60 crunches
30 push ups
25 minute run

I also have lost 2lbs!!!
Only 8 more pounds to go until I reach my first goal weight ;)

Today was a rest day
However I did take a nice 30 walk with my dog :)

Went grocery shopping today, mainly meats and veggies and fruits :) I’m in love with my diet and workouts right now

Anyway todays work out:

30- push ups

75- squats

60- crunches 

and 25 minute run

The run was short because the shorts I was wearing started to irritate my legs and cause me pain…need new workout clothes :P
