the only cardio today is walking my dog, cause I’ll be running around at work all night and in the morning.
Last two days I’ve been eating pretty poorly for dinner… I need to get back on the ball and fix that problem.
Also I’m kinda losing my motivation but I’m also holding on to it as well. I wanna hold on as long as possible to really give myself some time to see some results.
